Our client asked us to rejuvenate his 25 year old drive. The drive was looking worn and tired and the client was planning to sell the property.
The client realised the first impression is vital in the current housing market. To resurface the drive would have cost several thousands of pounds so we were asked to help.
The process was straight forward and consisted of moss control, power washing surface repairs and then applying two coats of Tarmaseal. The borders and drain covers are all masked against accidental application. This process took 3 days and rejuvenates the surface of the tarmac prolonging its life.
